To get into the forest there is no need to go anywhere now, it’s enough to open a small gate and like Alice through the looking-glass step into forest world filled with natural sounds and pine aroma.

We try the best to preserve the space and atmosphere of togetherness with nature. There is no any high fence in the community and that is a must when building a new house. A must is also keeping to the “red line” of the houses which gives integrity to the community. Safety of residents 24 hours will be ensured not by fences but by our own security agency.

Only 500 meters far from “Sosnovyi bereg” entrance there is the biggest shopping center of Odessa – Riviera Shopping city providing full range of services i.e. food hypermarket “Real”, more than 120 shops, restaurants, cafes, bank departments, a pharmacy, bowling, IMAX cinema with 7 showing rooms and even a laundry.

Safety

24-hour security and patrolling of the entire territory of “Sosnovyi bereg” is provided by our own licensed security agency. Public areas of the community are equipped with video control system. By request of residents each house can be additionally equipped with security and fire alarm systems. If you are going to leave for a long time it is enough to inform the security service and your house will be under special control.

Utility networks

Utility network of “Sosnovyi bereg” has been performed in compliance with international standards. All plots are provided with power, gas, water supply, and canalization. Roads are fitted with sewage pipes and illumination. Telecommunications complex of the community provides each house with landline phone connection, cable television, high speed internet, fire-protection systems and security alarm.

Site improvements

The Managing company of “Sosnovyi bereg” ensures continuous operation of all utility networks and site improvements – from streets and beaches cleaning to landscape gardening and routine repairs. For the residents a single dispatch service, which is supposed to solve all problems with technical support and any other additional services, was established. If you are going to leave for a long time a specially trained staff will take care of your house and plot.

Unique project

Complex of coast stabilizing works became the grandiose project on the Black Sea coastline. Due to this complicated project implementation a seafront, beaches, multi-levels terraces appeared in the community and from each plot on the coast a magnificent sea panorama opens up.
