Unique conception
Having preserved the nature of this amazing place we complemented it with unique landscape approach. Complex construction work resulted in the project which has no analogs on the Black Sea coast of Ukraine. From each plot of the coast a magnificent view of Odessa and the Black Sea opens up. The historical part of Palmyra of the South will be always clearly visible.
Unique nature
Separating from external world and filling the community with natural sounds the forest creates an atmosphere of harmony and calmness, and makes “Sosnovyi bereg” a secluded area. One can feel like breathing chestfull each time sensing new nuances of forest smells.
